After 29 years of servicing the top hotels and restaurants in the country, Lecoq Cuisine is now bringing its delicious pastries directly to your home!
Our story begins in 1991, when French Baker and Pastry Chef Eric Lecoq started making croissants out of a rented Garage in Port Chester, NY. We quickly outgrew that space and are now rolling croissants in our Bridgeport, CT facility.
Chef Lecoq’s niece, Pastry Chef Madeline Pierregrosse, Joined her uncle in 2016. Accompanied by a passionate team, the dynamic pair set forth to bringing the French "savoir faire" to all Croissant Lovers in the country.
Everything in our croissants is of the highest quality: The finest ingredients, traditional French recipes, razor sharp baking techniques, and lots of love and passion. We are committed to creating the very best, easy to use, frozen ready-to-bake pastries for your joyful experience. You will taste the difference!
