We sell frozen perishable products, therefore, we cannot permit delivery cancellation for any reason after your order has been shipped. 

Please submit the information below or contact Customer Service at (203) 993-6768 Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm if you experience any of the following:

• A problem with your order due to shipping and handling
• An error was made filling your order
• You are unsatisfied with the products

Please note that we may require additional information including , but not limited to pictures or the return of packaging materials for testing at no additional cost.
