I have been purchasing both chocolate croissants and normal croissants from you for over a year. all deliveries have been fine, except for the last two. For some reason the packaging was extremely defective-close to NO ICE was included in the boxes. I had to throw them away. I tried to contact Customer Service, sent pics and videos. No one responded.
